Everything Bagel Pita

When you need a quick snack that will fill you up or have a craving for an everything bagel but don’t want all the carbs.. this is your go to recipe.

It takes 10 minutes so it’s a great afternoon snack and it’s great as an appetizer too.

Hummus is a great way to add flavor to your meal and add some healthy protein without adding a ton of calories.

Plus now there’s a million flavors.. including dessert hummus and I’m super skeptical about that. But I used to be skeptical about normal hummus and now I could honestly eat it every day and not be sick of it.

So maybe I’ll do a dessert hummus review? Eh maybe. We will see.

There are only 3 ingredients so it is quick and easy with little cleanup.

You will bake the pita in the oven to heat it up.

P.s. if you’re in a rush the microwave for 25 seconds or toaster on a light setting works like a charm!!

After baking spread the hummus on top.

Everything Bagel Pita

Prep Time: 10 minutes

Ingredients:

1 mini whole wheat pita bread

1 tablespoon hummus

1/2 teaspoon everything bagel seasoning

Directions:

1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

2. Bake pita for 5-7 minutes.

3. Spread hummus on top.

4. Sprinkle seasoning on top.
