This smoothie recipe is a great healthy breakfast and is simple to throw together in 5 minutes before you head out the door or prep ahead for the whole week to keep in the fridge.
-3/4 cup blueberries
Note: I use frozen fruit so I don’t have to use ice. However, you can use fresh fruit and add about 5 ice cubes to get the same effect
-1/2 Tablespoon ground chia seed or 1 Tablespoon whole chia seeds
-1 teaspoon vanilla extract
-1/2 teaspoon cinammon
-1 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk
- Add all ingredients to blender and blend about 30 seconds to 1 minute until all chunks have blended and it is smooth
- Pour and serve!
